4. How Many Days Will Samples Be Finished? How About The Mass Production?
Generally, digital sample or dummy sample in 1-3 days, finished product sample needs 5-7 working days.
The lead time for mass production based on your orders quantity, finishing, etc., usually 10-15 working days is enough.
5. Can We Have Our Logo or Company Information on Your Products or Package?
Sure. Your Logo can be shown on the products by Printing, embossing, debossing, gold/silver foil, color hot stamping, spot UV, or Sticker, etc.
6. What’s your delivery terms and payment terms?
We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, DDP, etc. You can choose the most convenient and effective one.
T/T wire transfer, Credit cards or MasterCards, E-checking, Paypal and Western Union remittance are acceptable here. Generally, 30% deposit needs to be paid before delivery and balance paid against copy of B/L requested for order payment.
7. Can I get samples before mass production? Is the sample charge refundable?
Sure! We are honored to offer you samples, stock sample is free of charge, only shipping cost paid by your side. Customized sample and PP samples are welcomed, sample cost can be refunded based on order values.

1. Individual packaging: poly bag/shrink wrapping/water proof paper; Insert or divide protection;

Pricing is generally a factor of five things: dimensions, product style, CMYK color or Pantone color, paper material, special finishing and quantity (higher quantities = bulk savings). Custom orders of 5,000 or more can be eligible for volume discounts. 10. What happens after I place my order? Do I get a proof before printing?
After checkout, our dedicated Prepress team will review your design for any technical concerns and send a 2D digital proof of your custom boxes to your email within 24 hours.
